Monthly Community Fee for THREE Years and Stamp Duty Contribution Paid at Homewood Grove!

We understand that the costs of moving home can mount up, that’s why for a limited time only, new owners can benefit from community fees* paid for three years at Homewood Grove, plus we will pay towards the cost of your stamp duty**.

How it works:

• Legally complete on a new build apartment at Homewood Grove and we will pay the equivalent of three years of monthly community fees* at today’s fee rate plus a contribution to your stamp duty** up to a maximum of £23,500.
• Three years of community fees will be credited to your village account.

Deferred Legal Completion

• Reserve your new Rangeford home and list your existing property on the market.
• Commence a 6 month tenancy lease and exchange contracts on your new home with a 10% deposit.
• Move into your new Rangeford home and start to enjoy the Rangeford lifestyle.
• The sale of your property completes during your tenancy.
• Complete your home purchase. You're now part of the Rangeford Villages family - congratulations!
