If you have found your dream Rangeford village home but are yet to sell your current property, our national home buying partners offer peace of mind with a guaranteed purchase of your property. How it works:

We'll pay your stamp duty

We understand that the costs of moving home can mount up, that’s why for a limited time only, we’ll pay your stamp duty when you buy a new build property.

How it works:

  • Complete on a new build property at either Siddington Park, Wadswick Green or Mickle Hill and we’ll pay your stamp duty up to a maximum of £15,000.
  • You must pay any outstanding stamp duty above £15,000 to HMRC with 30 days of legal completion.
