Rangeford Villages has been announced as a finalist in three categories at the Health Investors Senior Housing Awards 2024. The integrated retirement community specialist for over 60s are amongst the carefully selected finalists for IRC Scheme of the Year for Siddington Park in Gloucestershire, Best Hospitality Provider/ Restaurant of the Year for The Greenhouse at Wadswick Green in Wiltshire and Best Pipeline of the Year with a focus on Homewood Grove in Surrey and Strawberry Fields in Cambridgeshire.
Since 2021 the Health Investor Senior Housing Awards has celebrated the very best in seniors housing, across categories including advisory, development, innovation and more. The seniors housing market is one of the fastest growing sub-sectors of healthcare real estate.
The finalists for each category have been voted for by an independent panel of judges. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place on 24th September 2024 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
