What I like most about Wadswick Green is the open space and the way the site is set up – it is beautiful! When we first came down here to have a look around, I was really impressed. It is an attractive area and you do not feel crowded or shoved on top of each other even though there are lots of residents. It really shows what a good architect can do. The gardens are also beautiful making Wadswick Green an incredibly attractive site to come to, and of course, we have an exceptionally good restaurant which we use regularly.

I love living at Wadswick Green. I was first attracted to my apartment by the modern design and its beautiful views over the fields framed by mature trees......

I have lived at Wadswick Green for four and a half years and there are lots of things I love about life here. The sense of community – there are always people around that you can talk to and make friends with – it’s a safe place, and there are people you can turn to if you have a problem.

Life at Wadswick Green is really good: I particularly enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well as the peace and security that comes with living here. The gardens are extensive, very pleasant and crisscrossed by footpaths: we can walk for about an hour and still not go off site: just to walk to the front gate and back from our apartment is about a mile through very pleasant countryside!  

I think what my parents enjoy the most at Wadswick Green is the friendliness of the residents and staff… The team is fantastic, they’re polite, they’re friendly, and it’s obvious that the wellness of the residents is at the forefront of their mind...

I moved to Wadswick Green about a year ago and I really enjoy the fact that I can maintain my independence. I moved quite locally, so I have a complete life outside of Wadswick Green - I still play tennis and have a lot of friends in Bath....

As Lockdown remained in place throughout May, the sun maintained its shine and kept smiles on everyone’s faces.

Wadswick Green made VE Day celebrations for its residents in lockdown even more special with staff delivering afternoon cream teas for every resident to enjoy.

Our residents at Wadswick Green have adjusted to the new ‘normal’ and embrace the temporary way of life…..
