Part of the civil parish of Ryedale district in North Yorkshire, you will be living on the border of the North York Moors National Park and the Whitby to Scarborough coast line is just over 30 minutes away by car. The famous North Yorkshire Railway runs from Pickering to Whitby by steam train and York is just 25 miles away by car.

Choose from one and two bedroom apartments or two bedroom bungalows.

All apartments at our retirement village in Pickering have a high quality fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including an eye-level oven, soft close drawers and cupboards, Jack and Jill shower rooms with a walk-in level access shower and emergency pull cord, room adjustable heating controls, 24-hour emergency alarm system, plenty of car parking and lots more.

No need to worry about stairs, there are lifts to each apartment level throughout the village.

All bungalows have a private patio, kitchen with integrated appliances including an eye-level oven, Jack and Jill shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor, with the dormer bungalows also having an en suite bathroom on the first floor. Plus, each bungalow comes with a parking space.
