Finding your perfect Rangeford Villages Home

Whilst it’s great to use the internet to research for a new home, it can’t beat visiting one of our villages, spending time with our friendly and experienced sales advisors, and actually seeing it all for yourself.

We have a number of showhomes available to view, as well as completed homes, and we encourage you to arrange a tour at the village of your choice and the properties which best suit your requirements.  Currently following the appropriate guidelines and by appointment.

 

Of course, we understand that in these uncertain time’s you may prefer to research your next move from the comfort of your own home.  To help, we can take you on a personalised virtual tour of each showhome and property style – it’s like the real thing.

Where we are still building, you can buy off-plan and be among the first to choose from the widest selection of available homes. Our knowledgeable sales advisors can talk you through the homes' plans and specification, as well as explaining the village’s amenities and what is included within the ongoing fees.

Our sales team will assist you throughout the buying process from choosing your Rangeford Villages home, advising you of the purchase price, ongoing costs and taking you through the ‘All you need to know’ information. HOW TO PURCHASE

Once you have chosen your home, to reserve just contact the village’s sales team. 

There is a simple reservation form to be completed, together with payment of the £5,000 reservation fee to secure the apartment whilst the purchase conveyancing is completed.

At exchange of contracts the deposit is payable of 10% of the purchase price. The reservation fee and the deposit are both deducted from the purchase price when you legally complete the purchase of your new home. Any deposit paid is protected by NHBC Buildmark policy.

You have the right to cancel the reservation agreement at any time before exchange of contracts. If you cancel the reservation agreement or fail to exchange contracts we have the right to deduct reasonable administrative and legal fees from the refundable reservation fee.

 

MOVING INTO YOUR NEW HOME

Before your move in date, you will be introduced to the After-Sales Team who will be your point of contact whilst you settle into your new home. 

This will include demonstrating how everything works in your new home as well as introducing you to the village amenities and social activities available. Don’t worry about trying to remember everything on your move-in day, we understand it is a busy day and there is much to do. The team will be on hand to help you settle in when best suits you.

Once you have moved in, we will be able to assist you with moving boxes and can provide local trades peoples’ contacts details for other settling in requirements.

 

ENJOY THE RANGEFORD EXPERIENCE SOONER THAN YOU THINK

Can’t wait to move into your new Rangeford home? With our Deferred Legal Completion Option, you can move into your new home while your existing property is on the market.

Once contracts are exchanged on your new home, we will be happy to arrange a 6 month short term tenancy agreement (AST) while your existing property is in the process of being sold. If your property is sold within the tenancy period, the deposit monies are used as part payment of the legal completion monies in the usual manner.
