WHAT'S INCLUDED
As well as the general management and upkeep of the village and communal amenities, the fees include concierge/wellbeing and transport services, all gardening and landscaping services, 24-hour emergency support response and emergency services co-ordination, co-ordination of resident group activities including exercise classes. it even includes your home’s window cleaning and building insurance.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO PAY?
You are responsible for your own home’s water and energy bills, council tax, home insurance, TV licence and general upkeep.
There may be an annual ground rent payable depending on the property of your choice. Information is available within each property listing.
All villages have a range of services available at additional cost, which could include: bistro and bar, social activities, hairdressing, spa treatments, care support, shopping, laundry and housekeeping.
