Helping you to enjoy life to the full, we’ve split the payments between regular monthly amounts and deferred some to when you sell the apartment, letting you have more money in your pocket to spend on you and your loved ones, here and now.
As well as the general management and upkeep of the village, the fees includes your building insurance, concierge and driver services, village maintenance, all gardening and landscaping services, 24-hour emergency support response and emergency services co-ordination, co-ordination of resident group activities including exercise classes in the gym, spa facilities, and your home’s window cleaning.
What else is there to pay?
You are responsible for your own home’s water and energy bills, council tax, home insurance, TV licence and general upkeep.
There may be an annual ground rent payable depending on the property of your choice. Information is available within each property listing.
All villages have a range of services available at additional cost, which could include: restaurant and bar, social activities, hairdressing, spa treatments, care support, shopping, laundry and housekeeping.
