• Local Estate Agent instructed who will:
  - Take professional photography- Prepare sales particulars
  - Prepare an Energy Performance Certificate if the property is over 10 years old
  - List property on standard general housing property portals (eg Rightmove)
  - Promote property within estate agent’s branch and website - Refer all prospects direct to the village sales team
• Inclusion within the Rangeford Villages’ website
• All resale property viewings accompanied by a Rangeford Villages team member
• Promotion of village lifestyle and wellbeing ethos, including a tour of the village facilities
• Offer negotiations advised by Rangeford Villages’ sales team to vendors
• Sales progression and regular updates
• Explanation of the services offered as standard for the benefit of all residents
• Advice on the bespoke services on offer such as Rangeford Care, Housekeeping (Wellbeing Team and Village Services available at an additional charge)
• Ongoing fees information given in addition to new resident qualifying criteria

Resale Service Fee

The resale service fee may be part of your village's ongoing fees or there may be a resale administration fee attached. This will be mentioned in your village's All You Need to Know and Key Facts schedules. Please discuss with your village sales team.
