Rangeford Villages appoints Home Instead ex-director of care and compliance

Rangeford Villages, has appointed a new Care Quality and Compliance Manager, Kirsty Hirst.

Working across all the Rangeford Villages across the country, Kirsty is set to play a pivotal part in enhancing service quality, ensuring Rangeford Villages is delivering the best care and support as well as ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards and supporting the residents.

In addition, Kirsty will aid David Kanarens, the head of operations, in supporting the Rangeford’s care services in our villages as well as setting up new services.

Coming from a strong domiciliary care and compliance background as director of care and compliance at Home Instead in Bristol, as well as several registered care manager positions, Kirsty brings with her a virtuous skill set aligned to her new role.

Speaking about her new position, Kirsty said: “The opportunity to join the Rangeford team is a dream come true as my personal values align with the values of the company, which was a significant factor in wanting to join the team.

“I’m extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity that has been offered to me and can’t wait to nurture relationships with the Village RCM’s (Registered Care Manager) so we can collectively, and as a team, contribute to the wellbeing and independence of the residents and deliver outstanding care.”
