Rangeford Villages appoints New Head of People

Rangeford Villages, the award-winning later living specialist for the over 60’s, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Debbie Taylor as Head of People.

Debbie previously worked for Kingerlee Construction LTD in a similar role, where she was responsible for more than 100 staff members. She has been in the HR profession for 13 years, and attained a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Bringing in a wealth of experience and knowledge, Debbie joins at an exciting time for Rangeford as it expands its portfolio of villages. Her responsibilities include overseeing the expansion and delivery of strategy at the villages as well as making sure that all of the residents are catered for.

Commenting on the appointment, Chief Executive Officer Howard Nankivell said: “I am delighted to announce that Debbie Taylor has joined Rangeford as our new Head of People. This important new role will help support Rangeford’s ambitious expansion plans and will drive continuous improvement through our colleagues, a key focus area that enables us meet and exceed our residents’ expectations across all touchpoints.”

Rangeford Villages recent expansion follows the creation of three integrated retirement communities across the UK: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire and Siddington Park in the Cotswolds. Furthermore, the construction of Homewood Grove in Surrey is now well underway. Additionally, Rangeford acquired a site in Dorking, Surrey, for a newly integrated retirement community named 'Pixham Vale'; and have also successfully attained a much sought-after location in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire.
