Rangeford Villages has appointed Beccy Gunn as Village Manager for its later living lifestyle community Homewood Grove, in Lyne near Chertsey, Surrey.
The new appointment comes at a busy time for Rangeford, who have numerous retirement villages under development such as Strawberry Fields in Cambridgeshire, Walnut Lane at Wadswick Green in Corsham, Siddington Park in Cirencester and at a newly acquired site in Dorking.
Beccy, who has over 25 years of experience across the hospitality industry, is an accomplished operator in leading teams and delivery outstanding service standards. Prior to joining Homewood Grove, Beccy worked as a General Manger for high-end independent and boutique hotels including Doyle Collection, Bespoke Hotels, Hotel du Vin and Firmdale. She has led several teams through pre-opening periods, so brings excellent knowledge of this high-pressure time with her.
Beccy joins ahead of Homewood Grove moving into the next marketing phase, which is the opening of the marketing suite apartment and launch of the first show home in the week commencing 16th October. Meanwhile, reservations have already been taken at Homewood Grove, with the first legal completions due in early 2024.

Sustainability is at the heart of Homewood Grove’s design, and properties will be highly energy efficient with each apartment featuring underfloor heating, double-glazed picture windows and an all-electric energy system to help lower bills and reduce the environmental impact. There will also be direct pedestrian access to neighbouring Homewood Park, which offers 23 hectares of nature trials, pathways, cycle routes, horse trails. Renowned Foxhills Country Club, with its two golf courses and sports facilities is conveniently nearby.
