Rangeford Villages Previews its Latest Later Living Lifestyle Community, Homewood Grove in Surrey

Award-winning later living specialist Rangeford Villages hosted a special preview event on 30th June at the prestigious Foxhills Country Club and Resort, providing the perfect setting to showcase its latest later living lifestyle community for over 60s, Homewood Grove, in the affluent location of Lyne near Chertsey, Surrey.

The 4.7-hectare village will offer 116 one, two and three bedroom apartments complete with exclusive onsite amenities and 24/7 support services. The first show home will be available in Autumn 2023 and the first residents are expected to move in by Spring 2024.

Interested buyers were extended a special invitation to attend the event, which aimed to give an insight into what the lifestyle at the contemporary new retirement village might look like.

The event was designed to give guests an exclusive preview of Homewood Grove, which officially launches off plan in January 2023, and the opportunity to get detailed information about the village’s latest developments, including viewing plans, property information and the extensive range of services and amenities which will be available to residents. In addition, as an extra incentive to buy, anyone registering interest in a property on the day, was given a FREE goodie bag, which included the latest Fit Bit Charge 4 activity tracker which can be integrated with the home IT systems when they move in.

The incentive is part of a wider recognition by Rangeford, to acknowledge how Smart technology is shaping the future of housing for its retirement communities.

As with previous developments, Rangeford Villages has financial backing from Octopus Real Estate. Part of the Octopus Group and a leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK and Ireland. Once completed, Homewood Grove will be operated by Rangeford. The established partnership between Rangeford and Octopus Real Estate and has already led to the creation of three villages across the UK, Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire, and Siddington Park in Cirencester.
