Rangeford Villages Wins Housing with Care – Best Garden Landscaper Award

Rangeford Villages, the modern retirement village specialist, is proud to have won The Garden Landscaper Award at the inaugural Housing with Care Awards.

Voted for by an independent panel of judges, the prestigious awards in association with Care Talk Magazine, are designed to recognise and celebrate excellence in all areas of housing with care from the independent and voluntary sectors including integrated retirement communities, assisted living, extra care housing supported and shared living schemes.

The gala ceremony which took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Friday 9^th June was attended by representatives from across the housing with care industry and hosted by well-known television presenter Martin Roberts. 

Keith Turnbull, Village Manager at Rangeford Villages’ Wadswick Green, collected the award on behalf of Head Gardener at Wadswick Green, Chris Liversidge.

Keith commented: “I am absolutely delighted to accept the award on behalf of Chris and the Gardening Team. This award is recognition of the hard work and innovative ideas that Chris and the team have put into creating beautiful surroundings for our residents to enjoy.

‘Chris has designed the landscape in such a way that there is no solid barrier around the development, allowing the wildlife, residents, and locals to freely roam in and around the village and the surrounding countryside, whilst at the same time protecting and enhancing the area’s environment and biodiversity. We are extremely proud to have been recognised for this award and we hope our residents will enjoy the stunning gardens for many years to come.”
