Rangeford Villages Wins The Housing Developer Award at Housing with Care Awards

June 2024: Rangeford Villages, the integrated retirement community specialist for over 60s, is a proud winner of The Housing Developer Award at this year’s Housing with Care Awards.

The gala ceremony which took place on 7th June 2024 at the Hilton Bankside, was attended by representatives from across the housing with care industry and hosted by compere Steve Walls.

Voted for by an independent panel of judges, the prestigious awards in association with Care Talk Magazine recognise and celebrate excellence in accommodation and services for Integrated Retirement Communities, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems, assisted living, extra care housing, supported living and shared lives schemes.

The Housing Developer Award recognises developments that provide desirable and sustainable places to live, improving the lives of those who live there and those within the local community.

Judges commented that: “Rangeford’s retirement villages epitomize innovation and sustainability, seamlessly blending modern technology with environmental consciousness. Designed with homeowners’ well-being in mind, they offer convenience and security. Indigenous materials and biodiverse gardens enhance aesthetics, while amenities like self-serve shops and electric vehicles promote independent living.”
