Welcome to Siddington Park, a lifestyle village of one, two and three bedroom apartments exclusively for the over 60s.
Expertly designed, spacious, innovative and flexible. Everything you’d expect from a Rangeford Villages home. The apartments are located either in The Pavilion, at the heart of the village, or in one of the Garden buildings nestled within the village’s landscaped grounds.

Beech Grange and Cedar Grange were revealed when the hoarding was removed today.

First roof completed

The roof of the first building at Siddington Park, Beech Grange (middle foreground), is now complete.
Looking forward to the scaffolding coming down.
Construction going well
11th November 2020
First floor blockwork completed on Beech Grange and Aspen Grange and the roof trusses are being installed on Beech Grange.
Not long before The Pavilion blockwork commences.

Marketing Suite now open
25th September 2020
Our Siddington Park Retirement Village Marketing Suite is now open to visitors.
Priority reservations are open to those from the local area until 31st December 20.

Tree Planting Ceremony

The Mayor of Cirencester, Councillor Patrick Coleman, planted a tree to mark the opening of our Siddington Park Marketing Suite.

Ground floor almost complete for Aspen Grange (right of tree copse).
Foundations started for The Pavilion (foreground).
Marketing suite cabin delivered (middle background).
Village entrance wall 50% complete.
Construction has started
1st August 2020
First of the foundations have been poured, ground floor slabs laid and balcony steelwork erected.
Construction is ramping up.
