Later living property specialist, Rangeford Villages, has launched its highly-anticipated second phase of properties at Siddington Park, Gloucestshire - one of their latest developments for the over 60s on the outskirts of Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The launch event of the brand-new Grange Apartments took place over a three-day period on Thursday 16th, Friday 17th and Saturday 18th February.

With 80% of the first phase sold, the £150 million residential development comprises 123 contemporary one-to-three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 642 to 1,798 sq. ft. Pairing modern, premium fittings with open plan layouts, spacious kitchens, and easy access walk-in showers, each property is sensitively designed with the needs of the over 60s in mind. Residents also benefit from highly energy-efficient home features such as underfloor heating and double-glazed bay windows.

The launch event, from 10 am to 4 pm, showcased a selection of stunningly equipped two and three-bedroom show apartments, giving guests the opportunity to view the properties with a team of dedicated on-site Rangeford sales professionals, who were available to answer any questions and provide more details to interested buyers.

The launch was attended by a number of local dignitaries including the Countess Bathurst of Cirencester Park, representatives from the award-winning estate and letting agents, Perry Bishop, and also the adjacent Cirencester Golf Club.

Howard Nankivell, CEO of Rangeford Villages said: “We are extremely proud to see the second phase of the village brilliantly delivered in line with schedule and are excited to introduce Rangeford’s coveted future proof living solution to a highly sought-after location like Cirencester. The launch event was a huge success, and we look forward to welcoming new faces to join our friendly community at Siddington Park.”

Glynis Hunter, one of the guests at the launch event commented: “It’s my first visit to Siddington Park and I am hugely impressed with not only the high-quality finish, but also how light and airy the new Grange Apartments are, with beautifully designed open-plan areas which I could foresee myself living in!”

Situated on a former 12-acre parkland site, the grounds feature beautifully landscaped gardens, spacious outdoor seating areas, a boule court, and raised beds and allotments for residents interested in gardening. The pet-friendly village also provides endless dog-walking trails and an abundance of green space to encourage an active life for seniors.

Due for completion in late spring this year, the Pavilion Bistro, Bar and Lounge with outdoor terrace forms a social hub promising residents’ ample space to get together. Packed with a wealth of leisure amenities from an indoor pool, gym and dance studio, cinema room, hair and beauty salon to a luxurious village spa equipped with hydro pool, sauna and treatment rooms, the array of exceptional facilities are thoughtfully implemented for residents to enjoy high standards of living in their later life.

Concierge-style services, as well as a discreet, personalised 24-hour care and support service will be available on-site for extra piece of mind. Offered by Rangeford Care, the company is solely dedicated to providing custom care packages for any residents who may need support with daily tasks such as getting dressed, washing, housekeeping to replacing a light bulb, and even companionship.

Siddington Park apartments start at £299,950, with a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments still available. Interested buyers can contact the Siddington Park sales team on 01285 580920.
