“Our health and safety protocols have been received very positively and everyone is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to view the homes in person and say their experience has not been affected by the current restrictions.  To keep everyone safe, prior to any personal viewings, we now hold initial discussions by telephone about the village, facilities, services, apartment prices and ongoing costs remotely, and have this confirmed as acceptable by the potential purchaser prior to a viewing being agreed.

Virtual visits are also available, held by appointment with a dedicated member of the sales team.  Each available property type can be viewed, with buyers being able ask any questions they like, and we will be able to answer in real time. This is really important as it means there is still a human aspect and we are able to answer any concerns you might have. We can also focus on particular parts of the property, so it does feel like you’re physically walking through the home.
