Our Rangeford Village Sales Advisors are working hard to maintain the human touch of their services, ensuring our prospective buyers are well informed and get a real feel for the village, while maintaining the safety and welfare of our current residents. Hear from them directly on the changes made to enable this:
“Our health and safety protocols have been received very positively and everyone is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to view the homes in person and say their experience has not been affected by the current restrictions. To keep everyone safe, prior to any personal viewings, we now hold initial discussions by telephone about the village, facilities, services, apartment prices and ongoing costs remotely, and have this confirmed as acceptable by the potential purchaser prior to a viewing being agreed.
Virtual visits are also available, held by appointment with a dedicated member of the sales team. Each available property type can be viewed, with buyers being able ask any questions they like, and we will be able to answer in real time. This is really important as it means there is still a human aspect and we are able to answer any concerns you might have. We can also focus on particular parts of the property, so it does feel like you’re physically walking through the home.
For buyers worried that they would not be able to sell their home when downsizing to a retirement property, we are now also offering a Home Buying Service, which means that buyers could be moving into their new home in as little as 45 days from an offer for their current home being accepted, with the initial valuations organised by our home buying partners National Property Trade. Buyers will receive a guaranteed cash offer for their home, which takes a lot of the worry away.”
